Postage

Once your order has been placed you will receive your delivery in 5-7 days. If you’re order is urgent please let us know by leaving a message in the special request section of pay pal, and we will try to get your order out as soon as possible.

International Customers

If you live outside the UK and wish to order from Claire’s shop please email claire@clairecolesdesign.co.uk with your order, you will then be sent a shipping quote and if you wish to continue with your purchase a pay pal request will be sent to you.

Handmade Items

All handmade items may differ slightly in appearance due to the nature of Claire’s work, If you have a particular request please email claire@clairecolesdesign.co.uk and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not happy with your items we are will exchange or refund your purchase, as long as the item are returned in tact within 14 days of your purchase. Until the returns are received by Claire they are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us.

If your order is faulty or incorrect we are happy to replace or exchange the items, and your postage for the returned goods will be refunded.
